Tennis & Sport Summer Camp
Looking for a fun way to keep your children ages 7-13 active this summer? The Lake Tahoe School Bobcat Tennis and Sports camp is your answer! LTS teachers Jon Cooper and Kris Nugent will coach your aspiring athlete different sports each day: soccer, lacrosse, capture the flag, basketball, and more. Each afternoon will include two hours of on-court tennis instruction with USPTA certified tennis professional Jon Cooper. With over 30 years of combined coaching experience, Mr. Kris and Mr. Jon are ready to show your children a fantastic time this summer. Sportsmanship, cooperation, communication, and respect will be at the forefront of every active day.
Week #1 – June 17 to 21
Week #2 – August 5 to 9
The camp is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Campers bring a brown bag lunch.
Drop-off & Pick-up at Lake Tahoe School (995 Tahoe Blvd.)
Open to Ages 7 – 13 (must be 7 by June 17th)
$450 a camper per week. Camp size is limited to 25 children. First come, first in! Payment required before June 1st
Registration opens: February 15th, 2024
| 8:30am – 9:00am | Camp participants arrive at Lake Tahoe School upper field and participate in a team building game to start the day |
| 9:00am – 11:30am | Various sports, team-building activities, and fun fitness games |
| 11:30am – 12:30pm | Lunch |
| 12:30pm – 3:00pm | Tennis Instruction focusing on stroke production and technique, and fitness and fun on the court! Tennis instruction will be at IVGID courts. |
| 3:00pm – 3:30pm | Return to Lake Tahoe School for closing activity |
| 3:30pm | Parent Pick- up at Lake Tahoe School |

I wanted to let you all know that I am a Volkl tennis representative and I am able to order all Volkl tennis equipment for you and your family at great prices. Please let me know if any of the Bobcats in your family would like a new racket, string, grip, bags or any Volkl gear anytime throughout the year. If you would like any gear prior to the start of camp, please order four weeks from the start date to allow ample time for delivery. All products can be found on the website below:
