Ten Lake Tahoe School parents “braved” the meandering country roads of the Tuscany wine region earlier this month for the 3rd Annual Dads’ Cycling & Wine Trip to benefit the School.

This year’s event raised more than $25,000 – thanks to the in-kind donation and organization of Keith and Kristen O’Donnell – all of which goes to the School’s Annual Fund to support endowment, strong leadership, academic excellence, tuition assistance and community engagement. These annual trips – and other in-kind donations like them – result in some of the largest contributions to the School.

The donors included both current and former LTS parents, as well as other local community supporters of the School. The riders rode over 365 miles, climbed nearly 30,000 feet, and consumed more than 60 bottles of fine Italian vino during their 8-day stay in the region.

Perhaps we’ll see the 4th Annual Bike Trip at our Gala 2020 on Friday, May 22, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, along with similar experiential auction items.

As always, thanks to the Bobcat dads and their families & friends for this impactful donation to the School.
