Ms. Batmale has been part of the Lake Tahoe School family as both parent and educator. She is the mother of four children, two graduates from and one currently a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, and one at Incline High School. She has extensive experience in bilingual education and loves speaking Spanish with our littlest Bobcats!
In the lower elementary school students receive Spanish instruction twice a week starting in PreK 4, optimizing the critical language developmental years and providing a solid foundation for future success. Through engaging activities, cooperative games, story books, songs, and dance, students build vocabulary and develop a love for learning a foreign language that will last a lifetime.
