Lake Tahoe School’s ultra-talented art students are excited to partner with Pet Network Humane Society to bring beloved pet portraits to life for a good cause. Students of art teacher Miss Alison’s studio painting middle school elective are experimenting with watercolor to paint vibrant and unique likenesses of printed pet photos, with all proceeds benefiting the animals at the Pet Network.

Says Miss Alison, “As an elementary art educator I feel that it is important that young students learn the foundations to create art with their own two hands. As they grow and mature, I introduce the idea of community arts projects that they can be a part of to help foster the idea of community service, which is a big part of the LTS program.”

As Incline Village’s beloved pet rescue organization, the Pet Network Humane Society has placed more than 10,000 animals into loving homes. You can order your custom pet portrait at https://petnetwork.org/order-pet-portrait.
