Ms. Schlaff is in her 7th year teaching at Lake Tahoe School and has worked with young children for over twenty years. Diana loves teaching second grade at LTS, especially math and writing. She has also studied Spanish extensively in the U.S. as well as in Costa Rica, Peru, Cuba and Mexico. Diana is a coach of Girls On The Run at LTS, a national program for 3rd and 4th grade girls which promotes the empowerment and self-esteem of girls through healthy habits and exercise. When not working, Diana loves backpacking and ultrarunning. She has backpacked the 171 mile Tahoe Rim Trail 6 times!
