Claire has three years of educational experience working as an Education Coordinator at the UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center and a tutor at Tahoe Tutoring; she currently provides support in Spanish, math, science, writing, and executive functioning at the tutoring office.Her background also includes three years of environmental education-focused non-profit work and management where she worked to support low-income students and Title I schools in accessing STEAM education through place-based, hands-on learning techniques.Beyond professional pursuits, Claire is passionate about long-distance running, open water swimming, playing softball in the Incline recreation league, and creating mixed media art.
